CIIT Starts Endowment Funds Scholarships for Spring 2014

COMSATS Institute of Information Technology has announced the endowment fund scholarships for the needy and talented candidates. The CIIT starts various financial support programs for the talented and intelligent candidates as well as for the needy students to carry on their education. The financial support programs are as under:

HEC Need Based Scholarships

·         Provide fully funded scholarships to the needy candidates, who are studying at undergraduate and graduate levels.

PM’s Fee Imbursement Scheme for Less Developed Areas

·         The students belong to less privileged areas will be provided the scholarships according to the Prime Minister fee imbursement scheme.

·         Offers scholarships to the candidates at the level of MS and PhD

HEC French Need Based Scholarships

·         Offers scholarships to the students of architecture department studying in undergraduate programs.

Worker Welfare Fund Scholarships

·         Offers scholarships to the talented and intelligent children of the factory/industrial workers.

Benevolent Fund

·         Through this scheme, provide financial support to the Federal Government employees.

·         Scheme includes scholarships (IT, EE and Business Administration) for the candidates studying at Bachelor and Master level programs.

·         Students can collect application forms from Students Financial Aid Office.

ICT R&D Fund Scholarships

·         Offers fully funded scholarships for 4 years undergraduate degree program.

·         Students belonging from rural or non metropolitan areas of the country.

·         Students of matric/intermediate classes of the approval schools and colleges.

Qarz-e-Hasna

·         The students of CIIT are provided with interest free loans.

PEEF

·         Scholarships for skilled and deserving students having the domicile of Punjab.

·         The candidates with 60% marks or 2.5 GPA for bachelor and master level scholarships.

·         Family having earning less than 30,000 per month.

·         The candidates having passed last degree from Government of Punjab School and College.

FAWNS

·         Offers needy students of CIIT certain amount as financial assistance.

Pakistan Engineering Council Scholarships

·         Offers merit scholarships to the son/daughter of the engineers, who are registered with PEC.

·         Offers this scholarship to the undergraduate and graduate levels.

BS Mathematics Scholarships (Islamabad Campus)

·         Offers 100% tuition fee waiver.

·         Candidates having FSc/A-Level with 60% marks.

·         Candidates having at least 60% marks in Mathematics.
