Institute of
Space Technology Islamabad commences admissions in graduate programs to
interested and talented candidates in both Karachi and Islamabad campuses. IST
offers disciplines like Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Global
Navigation Satellite Systems and Mechanical Engineering for grant of admission
to the intelligent students. Candidates with 60% marks in the bachelor programs
can apply for grant of admission in these disciplines. The candidates can apply
for admission in these disciplines and the candidates will be considered
eligible on the weightage of the marks as under:
Ø HSSC/A-level / bachelor 60% Marks
Ø NAT – 1E / GAT 40% Marks

Entry Test:
The candidates should attach the
copy of the GAT General Test and GAT Subject Test with the application forms.
The candidates, who have passed the NAT-1E can also apply for admission in the
graduate programs. National Testing Service (NTS) is responsible for conducting
the GAT (General & Subject) and NAT-1E for grant of admission in the
universities and higher learning institutes recognized by the HEC.
