Health Services Academy
has started the admission process in different programs for the year 2014. The
interested candidates can download the admission forms from the website of the
academy or obtain from the registrar office of the academy and submit the same
with the bank draft of Rs.2000 in favor of ‘Health Services Academy’. The
candidates should attach two complete sets of all academic documents, three
passport sizes photographs and attested copies of National Identity card with
the application forms. The academy has fixed the last date for submission of
admission forms is 30th Aug 2013.
