National Productivity
Organization (NPO) is an apex department of the Ministry of Industries &
Production. NPO is also the member of the Asian Productivity Organization (APO).
World Conference of Productivity Science (WCPS) has started the Professional
Development Distance Learning Courses in Pakistan. Now NPO has started some
professional courses for Engineers, Manufacturers, Policy makers, power plant
operators, technicians, managers, construction companies, consultants, Oil
& Gas sector, energy auditors, fire fighters, students, textile industry
workers, bankers, transporters, faculty members, disaster managers, and

The NPO courses are the
distance learning course and the candidates can get the benefit of the monthly
webinar or e-learning. They will be provided the facility of the tutor on the
web and they will also be provided the assignments/exercises and case studies.
NPO will arrange one day physical interaction at the end of the course or test
and they can also review and conclude their courses.
The interested will
have to deposit the fee of Rs.24000 or US$300 for overseas participants and the
duration of the course is 3 months. The candidates can send their admission
forms till 20 Dec 2013 and the courses will be started from January 2014.
