HEC Offers HEC Outstanding Research Awards

Higher Education Commission is going to award HEC Outstanding Research Awards to the research scholars and researchers. HEC has started this program with the objective to recognize and rewards of the outstanding performance in the research fields. HEC invites all eligible research scholars to send their applications in this program to show their outstanding performance in their respective field of specialization. The researchers and research scholars should note the awards categories like:

·         Best Research paper

·         Best Innovator

·         Best Young Research Scholar

·         Best Book Publication

HEC will award the HEC Outstanding research awards in the following disciplines:

·         Biological Sciences

·         Basic and Applied Sciences

·         Social Sciences

·         Engineering and Technology

·         Management Science

·         Humanities

The applicants must be resident citizen of Pakistan and they should send their applications with the original work in the applicant’s field of specialization. The researcher must have started the research work in Pakistan and must complete 80% research work in Pakistan. In the category of best book publication and best research paper, the research material must have been published in 2012

The candidates will have to download the application forms from the website of HEC and submit to Deputy Director, Research and Development Division, Higher Education Commission, Islamabad till December 09, 2013.
