NUST Starts PhD Programs Spring 2014

National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST) has started admission in PhD programs in different disciplines in various campuses for Spring 2014. The candidates can send their applications for grant of admissions. The admission forms are available on the website of NUST and the candidates can download the admission form from there from November 04, 2013 and the final date for sending of the admission forms is November 25, 2013. The classes of the new academic session in these disciplines will be started from November 27, 2013. NUST will provide limited scholarships to the candidates and candidates should apply under the terms and condition mentioned by NUST and HEC are encouraged to apply for scholarships. The candidates should have passed the MS/MPhil/equivalent degree with first division or CGPA 3.0/4.0 or 3.75/5.0 (in semester system). The candidates should be qualified with MBBS plus FCPS and MPhil. All the degrees from bachelor to MS/MPhil should be verified from HEC. The candidates should also have to complete or pass 18 Credit Hours coursework in addition to deficient courses along with 30 Credit Hours of Research work and other requirements according to the rules of the University.  

The candidates should attach two copies of all academic documents and submit the same to the Post Graduate program Directorate, (PhD section), Main Office NUST, H-12, Islamabad. NUST will provide the list of the admitted candidates on its website.
